Floor Stand for LED Display is assembled by floor-standing parts with full screw connection. Each section is no more than 2200mm, which can be transported by elevator on any floor. The product adopts anti-corrosion electrostatic spraying process, which can be constructed after cleaning at the installation site, realizing paint-free, welding-free and quick on-site construction. It can be customized according to magnetic suction installation or die-cast aluminum cabinet installation and site conditions. The lower part of the stand is equipped with a lockable door, which can store video control equipment and other devices. It does not damage the interior decoration and forms an independently placed display. The color can match the site decoration to achieve an integrated and beautiful effect.

Installation Method

The stand is divided into upper and lower structures for floor installation. The bottom of the lower structure is equipped with M16 nuts, which can adjust the level on site with an adjustable stroke of 35mm. The bottom of the upper structure is connected with the lower structure by screws, which can be adjusted and fixed according to the thickness of the display module or die-cast aluminum cabinet. The back of the upper structure is equipped with an adjustable wall mount, fixed by expansion screws or wood screws, effectively achieving balance, verticality and perfect screen fitting.

Materials & Craft

The metal plates are 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.5 carbon steel produced by Baosteel. Baosteel provides quality certificates including chemical composition, mechanical properties, yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, impact, hardness, flaw detection results, etc.

The metal plates are processed by laser cutting, bending, laser welding and polishing according to drawings. The stand can be customized with various colors of electrostatic spraying. The spraying process includes degreasing, water washing, surface conditioning, phosphating, pure water cleaning, drying, electrostatic powder spraying, high-temperature curing and cooling. The coating has good adhesion, wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance and no VOC emissions.
