LED display floor stand is composed of floor-standing loose parts, fully connected by screws. Each section is no longer than 2200mm, elevator transportable on all floors. With anti-corrosion electrostatic spraying, it can be installed on-site after cleaning, achieving paint-free, welding-free and fast construction.

Customized for magnetic module installation or die-cast aluminum cabinet installation of various specifications, the bracket is equipped with a lockable door at the bottom for storing video control equipment and others. Curvature can be customized freely without damaging decoration, forming an independent display. Color matches on-site decoration for integrated aesthetic effect.

Installation Method

LED display floor stand adopts upper-lower structure for floor installation. The lower part is equipped with M16 nuts for on-site level adjustment with 35mm travel. The upper and lower parts are connected by screws, adjustable and fixed according to the thickness of display modules or die-cast aluminum cabinets.

The back of the upper structure is equipped with adjustable wall mounting seats, fixed with expansion screws or wood screws, effectively achieving balance, verticality and screen fitting.

Process: laser cutting, bending, laser welding, polishing, electrostatic spraying in custom colors. Spraying process: degreasing, water washing, surface conditioning, phosphating, pure water cleaning, drying, electrostatic powder coating, high-temperature curing, cooling. Coating features good adhesion, wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance and zero VOC emissions.
