Corner Outdoor Cabinet

Shushi corner outdoor cabinet is developed for installation on exterior wall corners, street bends, intersection columns and other positions. Two display screens can be fixed inside the cabinet at set angles (90°and 120°are common) to broadcast content in two directions simultaneously. The cabinet is made of high-strength aluminum alloy coated with outdoor weather-resistant paint, fitting closely to corner contours without protruding and occupying excessive space. Flange plates for floor mounting or rear brackets for pole mounting are optional at the bottom. It applies to advertising at commercial block corners, scenic spot intersection navigation, community corner information screens and other scenarios.

Material & Structural Features

Integrated L-shaped Structure

The cabinet body is formed by bending thickened galvanized steel plates into an integrated L-shaped structure with tight joints and few splicing gaps. It boasts strong overall rigidity, wind resistance and deformation resistance. Arc transition is adopted at the inner corner to avoid stress concentration and improve pedestrian safety.

Outdoor Weather-resistant Coating

The surface is sprayed with UV-resistant outdoor protective coating, resisting paint peeling, rust and cracking under long-term outdoor exposure to sunlight, rain and temperature fluctuations.

Sloped Top Water Diversion & Full Sealing

All cabinet joints are covered with high-elastic weather-resistant sealing strips, paired with a sloped water-diversion top. Rainwater slides down along the top without accumulating or seeping into corner gaps.

Staggered Louver Heat Dissipation

Ventilation openings are partitioned according to corner space characteristics with staggered louvers. They create air convection for heat dissipation while preventing rain and sand from flowing backward into the cabinet.

Flexible Inner Cavity & Integrated Wiring

Adjustable combined brackets inside accommodate equipment of various specifications. The bottom is raised entirely with dedicated integrated wire outlets for corners to realize zoned, tidy wiring, as well as water accumulation and cable soaking prevention.

Anti-theft Locks & Rust-proof Hinges

The cabinet door is set on the outer visible side, equipped with outdoor anti-theft locks and thickened rust-proof hinges for stable opening and closing, effectively resisting unauthorized touching and prying.

Installation Procedures

1.On-site Measurement: Measure the actual corner angle (e.g. 89°or 91°) as the basis for customization.

2.Cabinet Customization: The factory welds or bends the cabinet to the required angle, pre-installing waterproof joints and mounting accessories.

3.Fixation: Drill holes or embed bolts according to wall materials, then fasten the cabinet’s rear flanges or hanging lugs securely

4.Screen Mounting: Push two screens into corresponding surface card slots separately and fasten compression blocks.

5.Wiring & Sealing: Thread power and signal cables through the inner corner, tighten waterproof joints after connection, and check full closure of sealing strips.

6.Commissioning & Completion: Power on to test dual-sided display effects and seal the maintenance opening.

Usage Precautions

1. Installation Location Selection

.Ensure flat and solid ground to prevent cabinet tilting caused by soft soil.

.Reserve sufficient passage space on both sides of the corner for pedestrians and subsequent maintenance.

.Avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation or rainwater collection points.

2. Corner Orientation Confirmation

.Confirm the corner type (left/right corner) and match it with on-site pedestrian flow before installation.

.The dual-side viewing angle shall cover the main pedestrian flow of two passages.

3. Fixation & Wind Resistance

.Hard ground: Engage caster brakes to keep the cabinet stable against sliding.

.Soft ground: Ground pegs are mandatory to prevent displacement by strong wind or external force.

.High-rise buildings / windy areas: Additional tension ropes are recommended for reinforcement.

4. Equipment Installation

.Fix two screens independently to avoid mutual stress.

.Use screens of consistent thickness to keep the cabinet’s center of gravity centered.

.Route cables separately on left and right sides during wiring to avoid tangling.

5. Heat Dissipation & Ventilation

.Do not block ventilation openings on both sides of the cabinet.

.Reserve more than 10cm of heat dissipation space at the inner corner.

.No debris stacking near ventilation louvers.

6. Electrical Safety

.Adopt outdoor waterproof power cables.

.Apply waterproof insulation to wire connectors.

.A residual current protection switch is recommended.

Q1: What standard angles are supported?

A: The mainstream version is 90°right-angle type for standard walls and column corners. Custom angles are available for special on-site corner specifications.

Q2: How far does the cabinet protrude from the wall? Will it hinder passage?

A: The cabinet is designed to cling closely to corners with reasonable protrusion size, which will not occupy main passage space and allow unobstructed pedestrian movement.

Q3: Can the angle be adjusted after installation?

A: The cabinet angle is fixed by welding and cannot be adjusted on site. Cabinet replacement or hinged adjustable versions are required for angle modification.

Q4: How to replace a broken screen?

A: Open the front cover (optional front maintenance door) or remove the rear maintenance panel, loosen compression blocks to take out the screen without dismantling the whole cabinet.
