Installation Steps

1.Clear and level the installation ground. Unpack and inspect the integrated column cabinet, sealing parts, internal brackets, locks and all fasteners.

2.Lift and vertically position the integrated cabinet, adjust orientation, fasten bottom base fixtures, and calibrate verticality repeatedly to ensure stable upright placement.

3.Check that sealing strips on cabinet doors fit tightly. Open and close doors multiple times to test smooth operation of hinges and locks with zero gaps when closed.

4.Adjust and lock internal mounting brackets based on equipment dimensions to finish load-bearing structure debugging. Open the cabinet door, place equipment steadily and fasten fixtures to secure the equipment in proper position.

5.Connect equipment wires, route cables through the internal channel of the column, lead wires out from the bottom outlet with proper reserved slack.

6.Ensure ventilation windows are unobstructed and all sealing & fixing points intact. Close and lock the cabinet door, test normal equipment operation before official use.
