49-inch Video Wall Bracket

Customizable Shushi 49-inch video wall bracket allows custom array layouts based on site layout. Featuring a sturdy, long-lasting structure, it delivers seamless screen visuals and easy assembly & disassembly, meeting various engineering demands including data monitoring and commercial display.

This modular mounting system is exclusively designed for 49-inch LCD video wall panels, supporting multiple screens to form large display walls. Compared with the 46-inch version, 49-inch panels weigh more (20–30 kg each) and feature slimmer bezels, placing higher requirements on bracket load capacity and fine-tuning precision. Constructed with thickened profiles and wide-range fine-tuning mechanisms, the bracket guarantees long-term flatness and stability for large video walls. It is ideal for high-end conference rooms, brand exhibition halls, subway information screens, backdrop walls for large events and other scenarios.

Why Contractors Choose This Special 49-inch Bracket?

Pain Points of 49-inch Video Wall Projects

 Quantified Solutions of This Bracket

Ordinary brackets deform and sag under 30 kg single-panel weight

Multi-point distributed load + bottom load-bearing supports; safe load≥80 kg with a safety factor of 2.5

Uneven gaps are more noticeable due to ultra-narrow 49-inch bezels

Multi-dimensional wide-range fine-tuning; gaps controlled at 0.5–1.2 mm, higher precision than 46-inch brackets

Higher panels create greater shaking risk for top screens

Side reinforcing connecting rods boost anti-shake performance by 40% within 4 m height

High aesthetic standards for premium exhibition halls

Concealed wiring troughs + black electrostatic coating; no exposed cables on the front of the video wall

7×24-hour operation in subways/airports risks long-term structural settlement

Lock nuts + pre-tightening structure; no recalibration required within 6 months

Product Advantages

1. Precise Gap Adjustment for Ultra-Narrow Bezel 49-inch Panels

49-inch panels generally have slimmer bezels than 46-inch ones and are more sensitive to splicing errors. Equipped with wide-range multi-dimensional fine-tuning (vertical, horizontal, front-back and tilt adjustment), the bracket stabilizes gaps at 0.5–1.2 mm for seamless, split-free visual effects.

2. High Load Capacity Against Long-Term Settlement

Single panels weigh up to 30 kg, and ordinary brackets tend to tilt forward at the top or sag at the bottom after half a year’s use. Adopting multi-point distributed load structure and bottom load-bearing supports, this bracket offers a safe load capacity of≥80 kg. It passed seismic and vibration simulation tests and maintains stable structure under 7×24-hour continuous operation.

3. Flexible Layout with Horizontal & Vertical Mixed Installation

Supports arbitrary row & column combinations (2×2, 3×3, 3×4, 1×5, etc.) and mixed horizontal/vertical matrix layouts. The floor-standing version requires no wall drilling, suitable for marble walls, glass partitions and temporary installations.

4. Independent Maintenance & Fast Single-Panel Removal

Independent clamping design fixes each 49-inch panel separately. Faulty panel replacement and rear wiring maintenance do not require dismantling adjacent screens; single-person operation cuts maintenance time by 70%.

5. Concealed Wiring for Neat & Compliant Layout

Independent cable troughs are reserved on the sides and rear of the bracket to separate power cables (strong current) and HDMI/Ethernet cables (weak current), avoiding signal interference and meeting fire safety and security inspection standards.

6. Dual Mounting Modes for Various Wall Types

•Wall-mounted: For concrete and solid brick walls, standard M10 expansion bolts included

•Floor-standing: Optional base for non-drillable locations such as activity centers, temporary exhibition halls and marble walls

Installation Steps

Two workers required; installation of a 4-panel set takes roughly 2–2.5 hours

1. Scheme Design

Determine bracket dimensions based on panel quantity (e.g. 3×4 layout) and mark positioning lines on wall or ground.

2. Main Frame Installation

(1) Wall-mounted: Install horizontal beams (one per row) fixed to the wall with M10 expansion bolts at intervals≤600 mm.

(2) Floor-standing: Mount left and right columns plus bottom cross braces, secure to ground with M12 expansion bolts and reinforce columns with diagonal braces.

3. Pre-install Hanging Plates

Fix fine-tuning hanging plates to VESA holes on the back of 49-inch panels, ensuring horizontal alignment.

4. Mount Panels

Start from the bottom row, align hanging plate hooks with beam slots, slide along guide slopes and fasten bottom latches.

5. Precision Fine-Tuning

Adjust jack screws with the supplied hex wrench to achieve uniform gaps and flat panel surfaces.

6. Cable Management

Route wires along side cable troughs, with dedicated cable tie points behind each panel.

7. Final Locking

Tighten lock nuts of all units and inspect overall flatness.

FAQ

Q1: Can 49-inch Video Wall Bracket be made for curved splicing?

A: The standard model is for flat splicing. Custom curved adapters are available for surrounding exhibition screens; provide radius parameters upon request.

Q2: Can the screen layout be adjusted freely?

A: Yes. The modular structure supports flexible combinations with customizable rows and columns.

Q3: Will removing a single panel affect the stability of the whole video wall?

A: Independent clamping design ensures separate disassembly of one panel does not disturb the rest of the structure.

Q4: How long will the adjusted gaps stay consistent after fine-tuning?

A: Under normal use, lock nuts maintain gap precision for 6 months without re-adjustment; inspection every six months is recommended.

Q5: Which is more stable, wall-mounted or floor-standing?

A: Both feature identical structural strength. Selection depends on wall conditions:

•Concrete/solid brick walls: Wall-mounted (lower cost)

•Glass/marble/light steel keel walls: Floor-standing (no wall damage)

•Temporary & mobile installations: Floor-standing (repeated assembly & disassembly)
