LCD 100-inch Vertical Hydraulic Bracket

The LCD 100-inch vertical hydraulic bracket is custom-made for 100-inch giant screens. Adopting dual hydraulic cylinders and widened reinforced structure, it delivers strong load capacity and stable vertical mounting. Hydraulic adjustment is smooth and labor-saving, while quick disassembly enables easy maintenance. Multiple safety latches provide reliable protection, and vertical cable routing creates a neat look. Rust-resistant construction avoids wall damage, making it suitable for commercial meeting rooms, exhibition halls and other venues.

LCD 100-inch vertical hydraulic bracket is an extra-heavy-duty support system designed for 100-inch LCD giant screens (also compatible with 102/105-inch models). Unlike brackets for 98-inch and smaller screens, a bare 100-inch screen usually weighs over 130 kg and stands nearly 2.2 meters tall, which cannot be safely supported by wall mounting alone. This product features a hybrid structure combining auxiliary wall load-bearing and floor support. Most vertical load is transferred to the ground, while the wall only serves to prevent tipping and fix positioning.

Wall Requirements & Installation Specifications

Critical Safety Warning

A 100-inch screen weighs more than 90 kg. Improper wall types may cause screen falling, resulting in property loss and personal injury.

Permitted Wall Types (All requirements must be met simultaneously)

Wall Type

Allowed

Requirements

Solid concrete wall

✅ Permitted

Strength ≥ C25, thickness ≥ 200 mm

Solid red brick wall

✅ Permitted

Brick strength ≥ MU10, thickness ≥ 240 mm

Solid sand-lime brick wall

✅ Permitted

Thickness ≥ 200 mm

Prohibited Wall Types (Installation Strictly Forbidden)

Wall Type

Reason for Prohibition

Lightweight aerated block wall

Low density; expansion bolts cannot provide sufficient holding force

Hollow block wall

Internal cavities prevent firm bolt fixation

Drywall partition

Cannot bear dynamic load over 90 kg

Light steel keel wall

Insufficient keel load capacity; ultra-wide 100-inch screen cannot align with keels

Composite wall with thermal insulation layer

Compressed insulation leads to screen tilting and loosening

Required Tools & Number of Installers

Item

Requirement

Number of installers

At least 3 people (1 for base mounting; 2 to lift screen + 1 to align hooks)

Recommended auxiliary equipment

Electric lift / suction handles / hydraulic lifting platform

Drilling tool

Electric hammer with M12 drill bit

Measuring tools

Laser level, tape measure

Tightening torque

 Expansion bolt tightening torque ≥ 80 N·m

Installation Steps

1. Wall Inspection: Confirm the wall is solid concrete or brick with qualified thickness.

2. Positioning & Marking: Use a laser level to draw the vertical center line and mark 8 drilling points.

3. Drilling & Hole Cleaning: Drill holes at depth≥100 mm with an electric hammer, clear debris and insert M10 expansion tubes.

4. Base Fixation: Mount the wall base, tighten 8 expansion bolts step by step and check verticality.

5. VESA Hanging Plate Installation: Attach the widened VESA plate to the back of the 100-inch screen (compatible with hole patterns 600×400, 800×600, 900×600).

6. Preparations for Screen Hanging: Inspect hydraulic rods and safety latches; adjust the lifting platform to installation height.

7. Mount the Screen: Two workers lift the screen while one operator guides hooks to align with base slots and lower slowly.

8. Lock Safety Latches: Fasten main buckles, side safety locks and hand-twisted anti-tilt screws sequentially.

9. Cable Management & Adjustment: Route cables into the magnetic cable compartment and adjust tilt angle to the optimal viewing position.

10. Final Inspection: Shake the screen to confirm no looseness and check all latches.

FAQ

Q1: What is the maximum load capacity of this 100-inch vertical bracket?

A: Built with thickened widened steel plates and dual hydraulic support, its maximum load reaches 130 kg, fully covering the weight of all types of 100-inch large screens.

Q2: Will the vertical-mounted 100-inch screen tip forward due to forward-shifted center of gravity?

A: It adopts a special rear-biased gravity structure with rearward-offset hanging plates to shift load inward, eliminating forward tilting and edge warping.

Q3: What is the distance between the screen and wall after vertical installation?

A: The wall gap is only 60 mm–85 mm, ultra-slim and space-saving with a neat, minimalist appearance.

Q4: Is the bracket prone to deformation during transportation?

A: It features integrated stamped structural parts, full reinforced packaging and corner hard protection, with strong compression and drop resistance to avoid deformation in transit.

Q5: How to conceal cables and add new wires later?

A: The bracket comes with a built-in magnetic cable compartment (60 cm W×120 cm H×4 cm D) that holds 4 HDMI cables, 2 power cords and 2 network cables. The cover is magnetically attached and tool-free to open. To add or replace cables: pull open the cover, place new cables inside and close the cover—screen removal is unnecessary.

Q6: Can it be mounted horizontally? Does it support horizontal level adjustment?

A: This model only supports vertical mounting, with its structure optimized for vertical screen gravity distribution. If switching between horizontal and vertical orientation is needed, please purchase our rotating bracket. For horizontal alignment: calibrate with a laser level during base installation; fine horizontal adjustment (±2°) is available after screen mounting.

Q7: Is the bracket shockproof and suitable for earthquake-prone regions?

A: It has passed vibration tests simulating magnitude-8 earthquake frequencies, with no screen falling or loose latches. The anti-lift baffles and anti-slip rubber pads in the six-fold safety lock design are specially optimized for vibration environments. It is applicable to seismic zones including Japan, Taiwan, Chile, Turkey and California, USA.
